The Rhin-O-Tuff Onyx OD4012 medium duty electric modular punch is a step up from manual punches in terms of productivity and durability, with a punch capacity of up to 30 sheets of 20lb paper at a speed of 25 cycles per minute. Its extremely tough metal body is built to last, with an unprecedented 3-year manufacturer's warranty while the Onyx OD4012 has an available selection of interchangeable dies that includes 2:1 and 3:1 twin loop wire, round and oval 4:1 plastic coil, 19-ring comb, Velobind and 3 Hole Loose Leaf, with all dies featuring disengageable punch pins. 3-Year Extended Performance Guarantee
When a local customer purchases a new Rhin-O-Tuff Onyx OD4012 modular punch from us, we include our One Year SPS Local Warranty (which covers all travel and on-site service costs) in addition to the Three Year Manufacturer's Warranty included with the machine. After the initial year of on-site service expires, the custom is required to ship their machine to the manufacturer while local customers desiring on-site service are charged $100/hour for travel and $200 per hour for labor.
Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their on-site service coverage of their Onyx OD4012 for the full manufacturer warranty period by purchasing our Saddle Point Systems 3-Year Extended Performance Guarantee for $750. In other words, you're paying for a two year on-site service agreement and getting three years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your punch is running optimally. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge. If we can't fix your modular punch on site, we'll leave you a loaner to keep you up and running while we're repairing your machine.
After purchasing the 3-Year Extended Annual Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Rhin-O-Tuff Onyx OD4012 Service Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your Onyx OD4012 and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
