The Formax FlashCard Card Cutter automatically cuts and slits documents and stacks them in sequential order at speeds up to 144 business cards per minute. This machine is ideal for on-demand processing of full-bleed color business cards, postcards, photos and greeting cards in letter and legal size documents for paper weights ranging from 180-350gsm (up to 130# cover). The FlashCard has an automatic double friction feed system to ensure consistent feeding of your sheets, allowing it to cut coated, non-coated and laminated stock with exceptional precision, which is aided but a cut mark sensor for superb top and bottom cutting accuracy within +/-0.1mm.
The FlashCard has an easy-to-use control panel with LCD display that lets the operator access 5 pre-programmed jobs or program 11 custom jobs for added efficiency. The FlashCard will feed up to 40 sheets (200gsm) at a time and neatly stack up to 500 business cards in its adjustable output stacker. This high quality business cutter comes equipped with a 3.5" cutting cassette to produce 10-up, 2" x 3.5" business cards, but we also carry optional interchangeable cutting cassettes for producing a variety of other card sizes, including 5" x 7" cards, 4.25" x 8.25" postcards, 3.5" x 10" menu cards, gift tags, stationery, mailers and more.

Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their service coverage to two years by purchasing our Saddle Point Systems Extended Performance Guarantee for their Formax FlashCard for $500. In other words, you're paying for a one year service agreement and getting two years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your card cutting machine is running optimally. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge.
After purchasing the Extended Annual Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Formax FlashCard Service Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your card cutter and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
