Machine Description
The AccuCreaser Air, manufactured by Count Machinery, is a high production automatic die-score creaser with air-feed technology that allows for creasing speeds of up to 5,500 sheets per hour and perforating speeds of up to 12,000 sheets per hour, making it an excellent option for businesses doing high volume creasing, scoring and/or perforating. In addition to being extremely fast, the AccuCreaser Air is very versatile, capable of creasing paper sizes between 5 x 5 inches up to 18 x 20 inches, with an in-line perforating and scoring function and optional micro-perforating capabilities. The AccuCreaser Air will feed paper between 16 to 120 pounds with a single side register guide that ensures perfect paper alignment and easy setup. The touch screen programming module features automated distance recognition to set up letter, half, roll, gate, double gate, double parallel, tri and z folds. Additionally, the AccuCreaser Air will automatically set-up for three types of perfect binds: no hinge, single and double hinge with a custom set up that will allow for up to 12 creases pere page. The matrix compression of the paper from the rotary-actuated crease system produces a crisp crease that prevents crack in toner or ink.

Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their service coverage to two years by purchasing our Saddle Point Systems Extended Performance Guarantee for their AccuCreaser Air for $1,500. In other words, you're paying for a one year service agreement and getting two years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your automatic creasing machine is running optimally. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge.
After purchasing the Extended Annual Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Count AccuCreaser Air Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your machine and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
