The Sprint 3000 is a high speed bookletmaker that jogs, staples and folds your booklets in one automated operation. Manufactured by MBM Corporation, the Sprint 3000 produced booklets up to 100 pages (off-line) at a rate of up to 1,500 sets per hour. Using 210-staple sticks, the two stapling heads can be adjusted to stitch in 4 positions for sheet sizes ranging from 5 1/2" x 8" up to 12" x 18". The Sprint 3000's powered exit conveyor ejects finished booklets in a neat stack while the variable speed control allows you to fine tune your production pace.
In addition to its easy to use, versatile jogging, stapling and folding abilities, the Sprint 3000 has a transparent safety access cover that prevents the machine from operating with the cover in an open position and is mounted on heavy-duty casters to easily roll it around your place of business. This bookletmaker interfaces with a ride range of collators, including MBM's FC 10, and can be suited with an optional face trimmer (call for more information) for a true all-in-one bookletmaking solution.
