Machine Description
The HLA-2301 Fully Automatic Laminator, manufactured by Fujipla, is the successor the extremely popular ALM 3222, with improved film roll installation that makes operation easier than ever, an upgraded multi-thickness feed tray and an easy to use color LCD control panel. The HLA-2301's proprietary chip-reading design allows the operator to change between different types of film seamlessly by encoding and automatically setting the machine to the correct temperature for the film in use.
Like its predecessors, the HLA-2301 uses dual heat rollers to laminate extremely resilient glossy or matte film that resists water damage, scuffing and protects its contents from ultra violet light damage. The specially formulated film creates super-strong adhesion with no peeling or bubbling, even on flush-cut sheets. The HLA-2301 has a maximum lamination speed of 68" per minute and features long mode operation for virtually any length sheet, as well as a 13" wide feed tray for 13" x 19" sheets (12.6" of lamination coverage).
The most valuable aspect of the HLA-2301 is its ability to free up the operator's time; rather than sitting and watching each sheet feed, separating them individually and then trimming all four sides, the HLA-2301 allows for virtually hands-free operation. Simply place your pages into the feeding tray (up to 200 at a time), adjust your margins to your desired length and width, press the start button and the machine will churn out perfectly trimmed and laminated sheets. A durable metal stand with wheels as well as a waste basket for catching lamination debris as they're trimmed from your sheets are included
