Machine Description
The ALM 3230 Fully Automatic Laminator, manufactured by Fujipla, is a brand new compact version of the original ALM 3220. While not as speedy as its heavier duty brother model, the ALM 3222, the ALM 3230 features the same advanced automatic laminating technology, using dual heat rollers to laminate extremely resilient glossy or matte film that resists water damage, scuffing and protects its contents from ultra violet light damage. The ALM 3230 laminates at a fixed speed of 40 inches per minute and will automatically feed, laminate and trim a wide variety of digital sheet sizes including tabloid and 13" x 19".
The most valuable aspect of the Fujipla ALM 3230 is its ability to free up the operator's time; rather than sitting and watching each sheet feed, separating them individually and then trimming all four sides, the ALM3230 allows for virtually hands-free operation. Simply place your pages into the feeding tray (up to 100 at a time), adjust your margins to your desired length and width, press the start button and the machine will churn out perfectly trimmed and laminated sheets.
This machine laminates single and double sided lamination from 1.2mil to 5mil thick with the ability to laminate cover stock as heavy as 100#. Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their service coverage to two years by purchasing our Saddle Point Systems Extended Performance Guarantee for their ALM 3230 for $1,200. In other words, you're paying for a one year service agreement and getting two years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your automatic laminator is running optimally.
