Paper Creasers, Scorers & Perforators

This versatile machine has an interchangeable creasing and perforating knife, as well as three distinct creasing channel widths (0.03" / 0.04" / 0.06") that will accomodate paper weights ranging from 80-400 gsm, with a perforating mechanism that perforate between 80-250 gsm. The ergonomic lever requires minimal effort to crease and perforated paper, while the side guide feature built-in skew adjustment for paper that isn't perfectly square.

Simply line up your cover with the patented centering guide, press down on the ergonomic resistance lever and perfectly score your covers with ease. With the interchangeable die system, you can single score or double score any coverstock up to 20 point thickness with a width of 13.4" inches or less. The built-in measuring tool is great for scoring covers for perfect binding and the transparent dies allows you to see exactly where your score is being made each time.

The iCrease PRO will feed paper between 16 to 120 pounds with a rotary-actuated crease system that won't crack toner or ink. While it requires hand feeding single sheets, this machine can crease up to 2,000 sheets per hour with up to 12 custom creases per sheet and the touch screen programming module features automated distance recognition to set up letter, half, roll, gate, double gate, double parallel, tri and z folds as well as three types of perfect bind folds.

With a max sheet size of 13.38" x 118" and support for paper weights from 60 to 400 gsm, it handles a broad range of applications. Operators can crease or perforate up to 16 times per sheet at speeds up to 3,000 sheets per hour. An intuitive LCD touchscreen interface, adjustable crease depth, and skew adjustment allow for precise setup and repeatable results. The SMC-13 includes features such as a sheet length detector, built-in counter, emergency stop, and 32-job memory storage. It delivers accurate 0.002" creasing without cracking digitally printed stock. The hand-feed mechanism allows you to feed up to 1,200 sheets per hour with the ability to perf and crease in multiple locations in one pass. Sheet set-up is automatic for 11 types of folds, including perfect binding, with 12 additional custom presets. Perforator includes five interchangeable perf options, including 2 micro-perf options. The iCrease PRO Plus features a user-friendly touch screen and will sheets ranging from 3.5" x 5" to 13" x 19" in paper weights ranging from 60-350 gsm.

The GoCrease SEMI will perform up to 15 programmable creases per sheet and is preprogrammed with 1/2, 1/3/ 1/4, gate and book cover creases. The SEMI has a working width of 3.9 to 18 inches, with a minimum crease distance of 0.03 inches and maximum crease distance of 39.3 inches. This machine automatically measures sheet sizes and utilizes a touch screen display for easily programming distance and number of creases. Sheets are manually input into the single-sheet feeder and moved by an internal motor.

Its in-line perforating function and optional scoring and micro-perforating capabilities make it an excellent option for businesses doing medium production creasing looking for a versatile, all-in-one creasing, scoring and perforating solution. The EZ Creaser will feed paper between 16 to 120 pounds with adjustable, lateral position feed guides to ensure an accurate feed and yielding a creasing speed of approximately 4,500 sheets per hour and a perforating speed of 12,000 sheets per hour, with a stack capacity of 2 inches. The EZ Creaser also features a touch screen programming module with distance recognition for automatic set-up of letter, half, roll, gate, double gate, double parallel, tri-, and z folds as well as no hinge, single, and double hinge perfect binds. You can program up 12 custom creases per page and, with the 2 different creasing dies, you can do standard and wide creases that won't crack toner or ink.

The AccuCreaser will crease up to 5,500 sheets per hour and perforate up to 12,000 sheets per hour, with the ability to crease paper sizes between 5 x 5 inches up to 18 x 20 inches, with an in-line perforating and scoring function and optional micro-perforating capabilities. The AccuCreaser Air also features a touch screen programming module with distance recognition for automatic set-up of standard folds as well as no hinge, single, and double hinge perfect binds. Custom set-up of up to 12 creases per page with single side register guide ensuring perfect paper alignment and easy set-up. The AccuCreaser Air has 2 feed modes (feed and stream), comes with standard and wide format creasing dies and is mounted on lockable casters.

Its optical sensors control sheet separation by monitoring the float zone and making adjustments on-the-fly, while the adjustable outfeed stacker holds processed sheet stacks up to 4.7” high. The ATLAS C150 accomodates media up to 15” W x 51” L, in weights from 80-400 gsm with common creases pre-programmed and the option to save an unlimited number of custom jobs. The Atlas C150 features quick-change creasing matrices (no tools required) and an in-line rotary perforation kit, which allows for creasing and perforating in a single pass.

The Atlas C350 will process up to 7,500 sheets per hour, taking sheets up to 27.6" x 15.2" in size and paper weights between 75-400gsm. The contoured floating knives prevent marking digital prints, while the internal memory is pre-programmed with common creases/folds and effectively allows for an unlimited number of custom programs. The Atlas C350 comes with a single perforating kit for standalone perfing, a color touchscreen for quick and easy setup, and a vacuum top-feed infeed table offering a media loading capacity of up to 7.9" high.
