The FlashCard is a high-quality, economical solution for short-run production of full-bleed business cards which will cut both letter and legal size documents in paper weights up to 350gsm, accurately feeding and cutting coated, non-coated and laminated stocks within 0.1mm. The FlashCard is a tabletop machine with a small footprint and an easy-to-use control panel with LCD display. Utilize the 5 pre-programmed jobs or 11 programmable jobs to save time and effort with optional interchangeable cutting cassettes for postcards, menu cards, stationery, mailers and more.

It processes 12" x 18" sheets into 24-up 2x3.5" business cards using a built-in gutter cut and rotary blades. With a speed of over 200 cuts per minute, the SBCC-24T handles coated, laminated, and heavy card stocks up to 16pt (350gsm). The LCD screen and register mark reader ensure precision alignment, reducing waste from sheet drift. Additional cartridges allow cutting of 4x6" and 5x7" postcard sizes, and custom cartridges are available. Equipped with a built-in trash bin and automatic feed, this compact unit is easy to operate, low-maintenance, and CE safety compliant.

Designed for short-run, on-demand production, it processes up to 230 business cards per minute with cutting accuracy up to 0.1mm. Its intuitive LCD control panel features six pre-programmed and ten customizable job settings for easy operation. The automatic friction-feed system handles coated, uncoated, and laminated sheets up to 350gsm, accepting 12” x 18” and 13” x 19” paper sizes. A 3.5” cutting cassette comes standard for producing 24-up 2” x 3.5” cards, while optional cassettes expand cutting formats to larger pieces like 5” x 7” cards or 8.5” x 11” brochures. The NanoMax has a patented tri-suction feeder, cut mark registration, image shift / stretch compensation for fine adjustments to digital prints and 4 factory InstaSet bars for quick, tool-free slitter position adjustments. Compatible sheet sizes range from 8-1/4" x 8-1/4" up to 13" x 19" with thickness varying between 120 - 400gsm (6 - 16pt). The NanoMax features an intuitive color touch screen UI pre-programmed with 31 common jobs with storage for up to 80 additional custom jobs. Includes one year license of Lytrod Intellicut imposition software.

The 4” touchscreen control panel provides three modes for various job requirements: Preset, for the most common formats and sizes, Manual, which modifies preset jobs, and Flex mode for the greatest customization. It also stores up to 150 custom jobs, for quick and easy recall. Production speeds vary based on media size and finished output: up to 250 business cards in under 2 minutes, single-crease jobs up to 5,000/hour. Standard features include double-feed detection, cut-mark registration, side alignment guide, skew adjustment and two standard slitting guides.
