The Intec ColorCut SC6500 is a compact auto-feeding digital die-cutter for cutting, creasing and kiss-cutting applications.
Perfect for digitally die-cutting packaging, P.O.S. and lightweight card projects – as well as kiss-cutting sheet labels – the ColorCut SC6500 has no physical dies or time-consuming setup costs. Digitally cut and/or crease any shape on up to 350 micron media on sheets up to 13.38 x 27.95 inches with a high-capacity feeder that uses air blade separation to automatically feed a stack of up to 1,000 sheets. Use the ColorCut Pro software (included) to generate 4-point registration marks that adjust for scale, skew and rotation as well as QR code job recognition for instant cut file retrieval.
The Intec ColorCut FB1180-T is a superfast wide format flatbed digital die cutter and creaser with quad tool head that includes passive contour/drag cut & crease, with active tangential tool functionality using alternate tool positions; suitable for use with creasing wheels and extended depth cutting blades.
This combination of tools provides a much wider media handling capability, with clean and crisp high-force 2.5kg creasing and cutting on paper/cards up to 1,000 microns and corrugated board up to 3mm thick at speeds up to 1,200mm/second. The Job Library Manager allows for a networked library of cut files between ColorCut users while the Template Maker software automatically creates vector box template files that can be exported into Adobe® Illustrator® or CorelDRAW®. Two additional user seats are included on Server Station licenses. Cut files can be received from both PC and Mac directly into Server Station Job Library.
