This unit supports kiss cutting, perforation, and creasing at speeds up to 1,200mm/s. The SDDC-1290 PRO includes a 5.1" LCD touchscreen, QR code recognition for automated job processing, and works offline via USB. It is compatible with PC and Mac systems and integrates with Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW. Built for performance and precision, this cutter includes two blades, software for three users, and a compact footprint that fits most production environments.

Perfect for digitally die-cutting packaging, P.O.S. and lightweight card projects – as well as kiss-cutting sheet labels – the ColorCut SC6500 has no physical dies or time-consuming setup costs. Digitally cut and/or crease any shape on up to 350 micron media on sheets up to 13.38 x 27.95 inches with a high-capacity feeder that uses air blade separation to automatically feed a stack of up to 1,000 sheets. Use the ColorCut Pro software (included) to generate 4-point registration marks that adjust for scale, skew and rotation as well as QR code job recognition for instant cut file retrieval.

Its fully automatic operation uses QR code recognition to process mixed jobs in a single stack, making it ideal for short-run or variable data production. The DDC50 features a dual-action cutting and creasing head that applies up to 750gf independently, allowing clean die cuts, creases, kiss cuts, and perforations without the need for costly dies. A 7-inch touchscreen control panel, freestanding PC workstation, and Cut-True Pro Production Studio software make setup and job management simple. The system’s high-capacity vacuum belt feeder accommodates up to 1,000 sheets up to 28” long, ensuring efficient production throughput. Compact yet powerful, the DDC50 combines accuracy, speed, and automation in a small footprint suited for professional print environments.

This combination of tools provides a much wider media handling capability, with clean and crisp high-force 2.5kg creasing and cutting on paper/cards up to 1,000 microns and corrugated board up to 3mm thick at speeds up to 1,200mm/second. Includes powerful vacuum fan with silencer for no-slip media hold down of jobs as well as QR code driven jobs for instant cut file recognition and retrieval. Great for prototyping of singles or multi-sheet 2/4/8 up rapid production.

Equipped with a heavy duty ergonomic stand, flat-screen monitor and PC pre-loaded with ColorCut Pro Production Studio, Job Library Manager and Template Maker, the ColorCut Server Station has everything needed for a highly efficient central hub for graphic design and post-press production that streamlines the entire cutting process for more efficient and profitable workflow. The Job Library Manager allows for a networked library of cut files between ColorCut users while the Template Maker software automatically creates vector box template files that can be exported into Adobe® Illustrator® or CorelDRAW®. Two additional user seats are included on Server Station licenses. Cut files can be received from both PC and Mac directly into Server Station Job Library.
