The ProLam Ultra-X6, manufactured by Akiles, is a commercial grade pouch laminator that produces professional laminated prints up to 13 inches wide.
The six-roller heat system on the ProLam Ultra-X6 provides bubble free, crystal clear results at a maximum speed of 59" per minute, making it slightly faster than the ProLam Ultra. Like the ProLam Ultra, this is a great option for mid-volume pouch lamination requiring a versatile machine that will laminate pouches up to 14mil thick on substrate up to 1/8" wide.

The ProLam Ultra is extremely versatile, able to laminate pouch sizes up to 14mil thick, featuring a 13 inch throat capacity that will take media up to 1/8 inch thick. Like the ProLam Ultra, this laminating system features a digital display for temperature and speed adjustments as well as 4 heated rollers and 2 cold rollers that can laminate materials up to 1/8 inch thick and extra large pouches up to 14mil thick. The removeable cover allows quick access to the rollers and makes clearing jams a simple task while the automatic cooling and shut-off function preserves the life of your machine.
