The Diamond-6 is a heavy duty corner rounder designed by paper-handling specialists at Akiles for high volume corner rounding of up to 600 sheets per pass, or 2-3/8 inches. This industrial grade machine features a powerful 100 W electric motor and is incredibly versatile, with seven different interchangeable dies including straight and slot dies. The protective safety cover prevents your fingers from entering the cutting area during operation while the patented die design allows for micro-adjustments for smooth and accurate cuts. The operator can choose between manual hand-operation and automatic foot-pedal operation with the flip of a switch and, with separate storage bins built into the Diamond 6, tools and corner scraps are efficiently stored and organized.
The Diamond-6 comes equipped with a 1/4" die and is a superb machine for large volume corner rounding jobs requiring a quick turnaround time. In other words, you're paying for a one year service agreement and getting two years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your corner rounding machine is running optimally. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge.
After purchasing the Extended Annual Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Akiles Diamond-6 Service Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your Diamond-6 and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
