Designed to process up to 2,500 sheets per hour, the F-SPEED draws sheets from a 2.75" stack feeder and will crease and punch paper weights ranging from 80-400 gsm and perforate between 80-250 gsm. This machine is preprogrammed with five standard crease patterns (1/2, 1/3, 1/4, gate, book cover), can perform up to 15 creases on a single sheet, has a minimum creasing distance of 0.03 inches and includes two creasing channel widths. The F-SPEED offers a wide range of punching tools commonly used for wire binding and calendar production and will crease and perf sheets up to 18 inches wide and will punch sheets up to 17.7 inches wide; available punch dies include 2:1 and 3:1 wire, coil and calendar patterns. The AutoAir is rated to crease and punch paper weights ranging from 80-400 gsm and to perforate sheets between 80-250 gsm and will store up to 60 custom programs in its internal memory. This machine is preprogrammed with five standard crease patterns (1/2, 1/3, 1/4, gate, book cover), can perform up to 40 creases on a single sheet, has a minimum creasing distance of 0.03 inches and includes two creasing channel widths as well as a perforating tool and perf wheel. The GoCrease AutoAir uses its suction feed to draw sheets up to 18 inches wide from a 2.75" high stack and includes user friendly features like skew adjustment, batching, automatic sheet size measurement, a 7" color touch screen and a mobile table. Available punch dies include 2:1 and 3:1 wire, coil and calendar patterns; can be equipped with rotary slitters and up to 13 perfing wheels for ticket production.

The Prime Complete comes with a cross and jump perforating unit, a high volume conveyor/stacker and barcode reader. Includes Flex Mode, which allows operators to cut and crease multiple size cards in one pass, 268 preset jobs, memory for 150 additional custom jobs and Lytrod's VisionDirect document formatting software.
