The 1800S will fold up to 18,000 sheets per hour, feeding up to 800 sheets in a single batch. Sheet sizes range from 4.5" x 8.25" up to 13" x 19" with paper weights between 16-80lbs. Also new to the 1800S is the removable folding roller for easy maintenance, the adjustable folding roller pressure and a spring loaded feed angle adjustment dial. The 1800S is pre-programmed with 6 standard folds with the ability to store 30 custom folds in memory. The automatic feed table ensures optimum feed pressure while its conveyor belt and self-setting exit rollers ensure smooth ejection of folded paper. Its variable fan speed and side air system ensure smooth feeding of heavier papers up to 25.5 inches long. This fully automatic folder detects paper size and sets fold plates automatically through its 4.3-inch color touchscreen interface. The 508A will automatically feed, fold and eject up to 14,400 sheets per hour in sizes ranging from 3.5" x 5" to 11" x 17" (12 - 80lbs paper weight) and has a high-capacity feeder that will feed up to 500 sheets at a time. The ATLAS-AS will fold sheets up to 26.5"L x 14.3"W with a user-friendly touchscreen and enough memory to store virtually an unlimited number of jobs, making it ideal for folding sheets in many different patterns and sizes. The ATLAS-AS is programmed with six standard fold pre-sets and features an air suction feed table, fully-enclosed fold plates, a belt-driven outfeed stacker and a modular perforator/scorer.

Its optical sensors control sheet separation by monitoring the float zone and making adjustments on-the-fly, while the adjustable outfeed stacker holds processed sheet stacks up to 4.7” high. The ATLAS C150 accomodates media up to 15” W x 51” L, in weights from 80-400 gsm with common creases pre-programmed and the option to save an unlimited number of custom jobs. The Atlas C150 features quick-change creasing matrices (no tools required) and an in-line rotary perforation kit, which allows for creasing and perforating in a single pass.

The Atlas C350 will process up to 7,500 sheets per hour, taking sheets up to 27.6" x 15.2" in size and paper weights between 75-400gsm. The contoured floating knives prevent marking digital prints, while the internal memory is pre-programmed with common creases/folds and effectively allows for an unlimited number of custom programs. The Atlas C350 comes with a single perforating kit for standalone perfing, a color touchscreen for quick and easy setup, and a vacuum top-feed infeed table offering a media loading capacity of up to 7.9" high.
