Machine Description
The CoilMac-EX Pro, manufactured by Akiles, is a fully electric all-in-one coil binding system featuring an electric punch, inserter and crimper for seamless 4:1 coil document production. With its heavy duty punch motor rated for 25 sheets of 20lbs paper per pass, rugged all-metal construction and cast-hardened and heat-treated steel dies, the CoilMac-EX Pro is built with efficiency and longevity in mind, making it the most reliable and durable coil binder in its class.
The full-size electric coil inserter has an industrial-grade roller motor and features an adjustable bottom roller to easily insert smaller and larger coils. Foot-pedal operation provides free use of both hands while punching and crimping while the adjustable electric crimper allows the operator to efficiently cut and crimp coils ranging from 6mm to 50mm in diameter. All 54 of the punch pins of the CoilMac-EX Pro can be independently disengaged for a professional oval hole (4mm x 5mm) punch of any paper size, while Akiles' exclusive "precision guiding system" guarantees a sharp and clean perforation every time.
The CoilMac-EX Pro features a depth margin control knob to set the proper punch depth and maximize a document's tear resistance, as well as side-margin control to ensure all document sizes have an evenly centered punch. Additional nifty features include an open throat and continuous punch guide for easily aligning and punching over-sized documents up to 26" in length as well as a coil diameter selector to help pick the correct coil size for each project based on document thickness.

CoilMac-EX Pro all-in-one electric coil binding machine is a One Year
Manufacturer Warranty which covers the cost of all labor and parts required to
fix the machine if it needs service. The customer, however, is required to pay
freight expenses to ship their machine to the manufacturer while local customers
desiring on-site service are charged $85/hour for travel time.

performance guarantee is a service agreement which not only covers all parts and
labor but includes prompt on-site repair of your machine.

After purchasing the Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you
our CoilMac-EX Pro Service Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either
e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in
force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the
original invoice date of your coil binding machine and are not valid unless
signed and on file with us.
