Spiral Coil Binding Machines

With its nifty built-in tools, you can verify the diameter of the coil to use for your document and utilize the alignment channel to assist in conforming the spine of larger documents to the coil's shape for faster insertion. The Roll-@-Coil is a great machine for low to mid-volume coil binding which reduces time and costs of coil insertion and is designed to work as a stand alone unit or as a mounted module to one of our punch machines. The full size 11-3/8" roller will bind documents between 6mm and 50mm in diameter.

All 54 die pins can be independently disengaged while the cast-hardened, heat-treated steel guarantees a sharp, clean perforation every punch. With its open throat and continuous punch guide, it's easy to punch documents up to 13" in a single pass or 26" in two passes. The CoilMac-M is available in two different die patterns: the standard model uses 0.25", 4:1 round holes while the "plus" version has a 0.248", 4:1 oval holes that are specifically designed to punch 44 evenly-centered holes on an 11" sheet, allowing for faster and more consistent insertion than with standard 0.25" 4:1 pitch (oval hole pattern is 100% compatible with standard 4:1 pitch coils).

Additionally, the Finish@Coil M has electric foot pedal operation of the coil insertion roller, an adjustable roller positioning mechanism for easier insertion of larger diameter coil and a U-shaped alignment channel which conforms the spine of wider documents to the coil's shape for quicker insertion. The Finish-@-Coil M is the perfect mid-volume coil binding machine, and can be used as a standalone unite or mounted to one of our modular punch machines. Binds documents with coil ranging from 6mm to 50mm in diameter.

Featuring both an electric coil inserter as well as an electric crimper, you're provided consistent and perfect crimps on all coil sizes up to 50mm with the press of a foot pedal. The Finish-@-Coil E1 also features an automatic mode selection sensor which switches the foot pedal function between "Insert" and "Crimp" to save time. It has gauges to measure document thickness and coil sizing. The HD4170 can be used as a stand-alone production coil inserter or it can be attached to any vertical OD or HD Series machine (optional mounting kit available).
