The WBM-532 will bind documents up to 14 inches in length in a single pass and, with its open throat closing mechanism, it's possible to bind a document of virtually any size. This wire closer is very straight forward, with an easy-to-use wire closer diameter control that allows the operator to quickly and accurately setup their job and achieve a consistently perfect wire binding result. The WBM-532 also features a nifty wire snatch for quickly and accurately assembling your wire documents.

The WireMac comes in two different models: the WireMac-31 for books up to 9/16" in diameter and the WireMac-21 for books up to 5/8" in diameter. Each die pin disengages for punching and binding documents of virtually any length. The heavy duty build of the WireMac allows you to manually punch up to 20 sheets per pass with adjustable punch margin depth to maximize tear resistance. The WireMac also features side margin control, a wire closer selector dial and a convenient wire snatch for efficiently assembling your documents.

There are two versions of the WireMac-Combo, depending on the pitch of wire you'll be binding with (both machines feature the same standard 19-hole comb punch die and will bind comb books between 3/16" and 2" wide); if you're binding wire documents that are 9/16" or under, you'll want the WireMac-Combo 31 for 3:1 pitch wire and if you're binding wire documents that are 5/8" or over, you'll want the WireMac-Combo 21 for 2:1 pitch wire. Additional features include built-in diameter scale, side margin control, depth margin control, master selector and a wire closer control dial.

The punching capacity of the WireMac Duo is rated at 20 sheets of 20lb. paper and features an open throat continuous punch guide for documents larger than 14 inches. Features a master selector to determine wire diameter, closing position, pitch and depth margin and adjustable wire closer control for documents between 3/16" - 1-1/4".

Rated at 25 sheets of 20lb. paper, the heavy duty punch motor is operated by a convenient foot pedal and rated for 2-3 hours of continuous operation. Side margin control provides an evenly centered punch for all size documents. The WireMac-EX31, which includes the 3:1 pitch die, has a binding capacity of 3/16" - 9/16". The WireMac-EX21, which includes the 2:1 pitch die, has a binding capacity of 5/8" - 1-1/4". Both models include a punching depth margin control for maximum tear resistance, a diameter selector for perfectly closing different sizes of wire, disengageable die pins to prevent perforated edges and a wire snatch for hanging and easily assembling your wire documents.

While manual closers require re-adjustment for every wire diameter, the FlexiCloser 2 automatically detects all wire diameters between 3/16" and 1-1/2" and crimps them perfectly with the press of a button. Includes LCD control panel for wire closing micro-adjustments with memory function as well built-in wire holder and safety sensor for trouble-free, injury-free assembly.

This user-friendly machine binds between 500 and 1,000 books per hour using cost-efficient wire spools, with the ability to program all size and format setups through the user-friendly touch screen control panel. The automatic functions cut, feed and position the wire for insertion and then send the document to an automated closing unit that accurately binds the document without the need for stops or paper guides. The Wire-O Bind 3000S is very versatile, with the ability to finish all 3:1 & 2:1 pitch Wire-O sizes from 1/4 to 1-1/4 inches with paper sizes ranging from 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" up to 12" x 13".
