Our technicians repair machines from manufacturers including: Powis Parker, GBC, Tamerica, MBM/Triumph, Drylam, Fujipla, Akiles, Rhin-O-Tuff, PDI, Silver Strike, Count Machinery, MiniPack-Torre and more.
We stand by the quality of the equipment we sell, but experience has taught us that even the best piece of machinery can break down, causing unwanted setbacks on a project. That's why we offer our affordable Performance Guarantee Service Agreement on all machines purchased through Saddle Point Systems and shipped within the greater S.F. Bay Area*. This includes prompt on-site repair service of your malfunctioning equipment and covers the cost of all parts, labor and travel time.
Annual service contracts must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date or renewed within 30 days of the expiration date and are not valid unless signed and on file with us. To validate your machine's Performance Guarantee, please download our Service Agreement PDF and fax a signed copy to 510-649-7510 or mail a signed hard copy to Saddle Point Systems, 2608 Ninth Street, Berkeley, CA 94710.
If a customer chooses not to purchase our Performance Guarantee Service Agreement, parts and labor are still covered under the 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. The customer, however, is responsible for transportation of the malfunctioning equipment to and from Saddle Point Systems, including any freight cost.
If your machine is not under service contract or warranty, we charge a flat repair rate of $145/hour. For customers requiring on-site service within the Bay Area, there is an additional travel rate of $65/hour. Malfunctioning equipment not purchased directly through Saddle Point Systems is taken on a case by case basis.
