Machine Description
The iCrease PRO Plus, manufactured by Count Machinery, is a manual programmable tabletop die-score creaser and perforator designed for efficiently creasing and scoring sheets in a single pass with its simple one-step hand feed operation. The iCrease PRO Plus can process up to 1,200 sheets per hour with sizes ranging from 3.5" x 5" up to 13" x 19" in paper weights from 60 to 350 gsm. This user-friendly machine features a large color touch screen which allows you to intuitively program, recall and run jobs with zero mechanical adjustment.
The iCrease PRO+ is automatically setup for the most common folds, including Bi, Tri, Z, Letter, Roll-Up, Gate, Double Gate and three different types of perfect bind folds. Additionally, this creaser/perforator can store up to 12 custom programs, with each custom program able to perform up to 12 creases and 4 perforations per page. The two-sided die creasing rod accommodates shallow or deep creases with a quick flip while the perf assembly can be swapped out in seconds to switch from standard to micro perfing.

When a local customer purchases a new Count iCrease PRO Plus creaser and perforator from us, we include our One Year SPS Local Warranty (which covers all travel and on-site service costs) in addition to the Three Year Manufacturer's Warranty included with the machine. After the initial year of on-site service expires, the custom is required to ship their machine to the manufacturer while local customers desiring on-site service are charged our standard labor and travel rates.
Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their on-site service coverage of their iCrease PRO Plus for the full manufacturer warranty period by purchasing our Saddle Point Systems 3-Year Extended Performance Guarantee for $800. In other words, you're paying for a two year on-site service agreement and getting three years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your creaser/perforator is running optimally. After purchasing the 3-Year Extended Annual Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Count iCrease PRO Plus Service Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your iCrease PRO Plus and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
