Machine Description
The WireMac-E, manufactured by Akiles, is a heavy duty all-in-one electric wire binding machine that's an ideal binding system for commercial volume workloads, with an industrial strength motor that's rated for continuous, all-day usage. The WireMac-E is manufactured in two models, the WireMac-E31 and WireMac-E21. The E31 features a 3:1 pitch die for wire binding documents between 3/16" and 9/16" in width while the E21 features a 2:1 pitch die for wire binding documents between 5/8" and 1-1/4" in width. Both models feature the same electric punch rated at up to 20 sheets per cycle, operated by a convenient foot pedal, along with a built-in manual closer. Side margin control provides an evenly centered punch for all size documents and the reverse (anti-jam) function ensures trouble free punching.
Additionally, the disengageable die pins allow for multiple paper sizes, including extra long sheets while the built-in wire holder assists in the initial document assembly. Other useful features of the WireMac-E include a diameter scale to measure the document's thickness for accurate wire selection, an extra-large capacity waste drawer for punch debris and non-skid rubber feet for steady, accurate closing.

Included in the purchase of a new Akiles WireMac-E heavy duty electric
wire binding machine is a One Year Manufacturer Warranty which covers the
cost of all labor and parts required to fix the machine if it needs service.
The customer, however, is required to pay freight expenses to ship their
machine to the manufacturer while local customers desiring on-site service
are charged $85/hour for travel time.

service agreement which not only covers all parts and labor but also
includes prompt on-site repair of your machine. Simply give
us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by
the next business day, and service your machine at no additional
charge.
After purchasing the Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail
you our WireMac-E Service Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either
e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in
force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the
original invoice date of your wire binder and are not valid unless signed
and on file with us.
