Machine Description
The Renz MOBI 360 is an ideal solution for binding up to 1,000 books or calendars per hour. This semi-automatic wire binder is compatible with documents ranging from 52mm to 360mm and will process 12 different wire diameters, from 1/4" to 1-1/4" with a few simple adjustments. This user friendly machine features a touch screen control panel for quick format changes, including skip binding, and uses a foot-switch to activate the conveyor belt to transport the document to the binding station. The MOBI 360 feeds wire directly from a spool with its integrated automatic de-spooler, cuts it and guides it along a track for manually hanging your documents with ease.
The spools of wire are loaded at the floor level for convenience and are easily hoisted into position with the touch of a lever. Once binding is finished, the MOBI 360 will eject the document into a stationary catch bin or an optional conveyor system for higher production volume. This machine is designed to work in conjunction with an automated punch binding system, wherein the pages of the document are first punched and stacked before they're ready to be bound with the MOBI 360. Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their service coverage to two years by purchasing our Saddle Point Systems Extended Performance Guarantee for their MOBI 360. In other words, you're paying for a one year service agreement and getting two years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your MOBI 360 is running optimally. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no charge.
After purchasing the Extended Annual Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Renz MOBI 360 Service Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your wire binder and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
