Machine Description
The 208J is a high speed semi-automatic tabletop folder featuring a precision 3 roller friction feed system that allows it to feed up to 14,400 sheets per hour in batches of up to 500 sheets, depending on paper weight. The adjustment dials make for easy set-up for standard and custom folds and the digital control panel features batch and total functions, a test button that folds two sheets for inspection and an LED four digit counter. The extended exit tray allows for neat stacking of folded sheets with an automatic conveyer and self-setting exit rollers that ensure the folded paper is ejected smoothly. The 208J automatically maintains its ability to feed single sheets regardless of different paper weights being used and its auxiliary paper guide allows for cross folding in addition to its six standard folds: half, letter, gate, Z, double-parallel and fold-out. This folder allows for incredible precision with its skew and micro-adjustment dials and has a user friendly design that allows the operator to load and unload paper from the same side, as well as displaying an audible alert signal for improper feeding.
