Machine Description
The 352F is the top of the line in terms of high speed, semi-automatic friction paper folders. Manufactured by the paper handling specialists at MBM, the 352F folds sheets at a blazing speed of up to 22,000 sheets per hour with a special dual roller friction feed system that accepts a wide variety of paper stocks. In addition to variable speed control, the 352F sets up for standard and custom folds by simply loosening, positioning and tightening the adjustable fold trays while polyurethane foam rollers eliminate the need for variable fold roller pressure settings. The powered exit conveyer belt allows for sheet separation from the top of the fanned stack being ejected and the heavy duty side frames won't flex to ensure precise, consistent results.
In addition to the 352F's high speed production (made possible by its specially designed needle bearings), it is one of the most versatile folders on the market in terms of compatible paper sizes and weights. Not only will it feed sheets as small as 2" x 2 3/4" and as large as 14" x 21 1/4", but it will feed sheets as thin as 13lbs and as thick as 110lbs, all in its adjustable feeding tray that can hold up to 300 sheets. Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their service coverage to two years by purchasing our Saddle Point Systems Extended Performance Guarantee for their MBM 352F for $750. In other words, you're paying for a one year service agreement and getting two years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your automatic folding machine is running optimally.
