Machine Description
The iCrease Pro, manufactured by Count Machinery, is a 13 inch wide tabletop die-score creaser capable of creasing paper sizes between 3 x 5 inches up to 13 x 19 inches, with its budget-friendly price making it a good fit for companies doing low to medium run creasing jobs on standard digital printing formats. The iCrease Pro will feed paper between 16 to 120 pounds and while it requires hand feeding single sheets, it can reach speeds up to 2,000 sheets per hour. The touch screen programming module features automated distance recognition to seat up letter, half, roll, gate, double gate, double parallel, tri and z folds. Additionally, the iCrease Pro will automatically set-up for three types of perfect binds: no hinge, single and double hinge with a custom set up that will allow for up to 12 creases pere page. The matrix compression of the paper from the rotary-actuated crease system produces a crisp crease without cracking toner or ink.

Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their service coverage to two years by purchasing our Saddle Point Systems Extended Performance Guarantee for their Count iCrease Pro for $650. In other words, you're paying for a one year service agreement and getting two years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your programmable creasing machine is running optimally. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge.
After purchasing the Extended Annual Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Count iCrease Pro Service Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your machine and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
