John Sonnikson demonstrates the Renz MOBI 360 semi-automatic wire binding system which can bind up to 1,000 documents per hour. This automated wire binder is compatible with documents ranging from 52mm to 360mm and will process 12 diameters, from 1/4" to 1-1/4" with a few simple adjustments. The MOBI 360 is a user friendly machine that features a touch screen control panel for quick format changes, including skip binding, and utilizes a foot-switch to initiate the binding process, transporting the document to the bind station via conveyor belt.

The MOBI 360 feeds wire directly from a spool with its integrated automatic de-spooler, cuts it, guides it along a track for manually hanging your documents with ease and then perfectly crimps your double-loop wire for a strong, elegant bind. Optional conveyor belt exit chute available for high volume users.
