How To Fold Multiple Stapled Sheets for Envelope Insertion

Jim Kelly demonstrates how to fold multiple sheets at once using the MBM 352F heavy duty friction feed folder. When using lightweight paper, the stapled sheets tend to lift up, skew and fold improperly, resulting in a messy, unprofessional end product. By simply transitioning from 20lb (75gsm) to a heavier 32lb (120gsm) paper, we were able to mitigate this problem by stiffening the top sheet, preventing it from lifting up so dramatically and skewing the fold, thereby allowing us to consistently feed and fold stacks of stapled 3-sheet documents.
