Capable of handling stacks up to 20.5” wide and 3.15” high, this hydraulic cutter features a hardened steel blade and hydraulically-controlled clamp for consistent pressure across the stack. Operators can adjust hydraulic pressure between 700 and 4,500 psi to accommodate various paper weights and stack heights.
Operation is straightforward using the 7” full-color touchscreen control panel. Users can program up to 100 jobs with 100 cuts each, adjust the back gauge electronically, and use the foot pedal pre-clamp to verify paper alignment. The bright LED Cutting Line provides a visual guide, while the internal light illuminates the cutting area for improved visibility. Optional wide side tables and the low-friction work surface assist in handling large or heavy stock.
Safety features include an infrared light beam safety curtain, two-hand operation, blade lock, keyed main switch, transparent rear safety guard, and a false clamp to reduce the risk of marking sensitive materials or perfect-bound books.
