The Intec ColorCut FB1190-T is a revolutionary flatbed tangential digital-die cutter / creaser. This super-fast, ultra precise wide format flatbed cutting plotter includes 4 tools, both contour cutting tools and active tangential tools. The FB1190-T is precise enough to cut labels yet its amazing 4 tool selection provides users with the option to switch to high force cut and crease for thick N/E/F flute media, and a diverse range of media in-between.
In contrast to the passive contour tools which remain in the media during cutting or creasing, the active tangential cutting and creasing technology utilized by the FB1190-T actively controls the direction of the knife or creasing tool. Tangential technology enables the FB1190-T to lift the tool up from the media, rotate it and lower it back into the media. Suitable for creasing wheels or to enable deeper, precise cuts for thicker (often fluted) stock.
The FB1190-T with combined market-leading ColorCut Pro software, brings many advanced features to aid design and production and is compatible with a wide variety of media including paper, rice paper, sheet labels, polymers, FBB and sheet card, corrugated and mount boards, N/E/F fluted boards and more.
