The DDC50’s advanced design uses QR code recognition to automatically recall stored job settings, enabling users to process mixed jobs from a single stack with minimal supervision. Its dual-action cutting and creasing head applies up to 750gf individually for both tools, allowing for accurate cuts, creases, perforations, and retention tags on stock up to 350 microns thick. The system’s high-speed CCD camera ensures perfect registration, even at speeds up to 47 inches per second.
Equipped with a next-generation vacuum belt feeder and side air system, the DDC50 handles a variety of coated and uncoated stocks with consistent feeding. The extended infeed tray holds up to 1,000 sheets, while the integrated media catch tray neatly stacks finished work and folds away when not in use. Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their service coverage to two years by purchasing our Saddle Point Systems Extended Performance Guarantee for their Cut-True DDC50 for $1,350. In other words, you're paying for a one year service agreement and getting two years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your digital die-cutter is running optimally. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge.
After purchasing the Extended Annual Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Cut-True DDC50 Service Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your digital die-cutter and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
