The machine processes both 11” and 14” sheets at speeds up to 7,700 pieces per hour and handles paper weights up to 30# (112gsm). Its 250-sheet hopper allows continuous operation for small to mid-volume folding projects.
Four pre-marked fold types—letter, zig-zag, half, and double parallel—simplify setup. Operators can also make quick manual adjustments for custom fold configurations. The LCD control panel includes a resettable 3-digit counter and AutoBatch feature, which allows users to run a preset number of sheets with pauses between batches. A drop-in top-feed system provides reliable paper feeding, while the integrated output conveyor with adjustable stacker wheels keeps finished documents neatly organized.
