The Formax FD 300 Office Desktop Folder provides an economical and reliable solution for low-volume folding applications. It processes 11” and 14” sheets at speeds up to 7,400 sheets per hour, depending on paper type and fold.
Operators can select from four common fold types—C, Z, V, and double parallel—using clearly marked settings for quick setup. The top-feed drop-in system allows easy loading of sheets. An LCD control panel features a resettable 3-digit counter and AutoBatch function, enabling processing of a set number of sheets with pauses between batches for organized output. Adjustable stacker wheels on the output conveyor ensure folded sheets are collected neatly in sequence, reducing handling time.
With a hopper capacity of up to 200 sheets and support for paper weights up to 30# (112gsm), the FD 300 is versatile enough for everyday office and small print applications. Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their service coverage to two years by purchasing our Saddle Point Systems Extended Performance Guarantee for their FD 300 for $395. In other words, you're paying for a one year service agreement and getting two years of complete coverage. Like our One Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your folder is running optimally. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge.
After purchasing the Extended Annual Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Formax FD 300 Service Agreement PDF for you to fill out. Then, either e-mail us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force.
