The TR-1200 'Autocutter', manufactured by Professional Lamination Systems, is a 13" automatic laminate trimmer that turns your PL-1200HP 'Pocket Rocket' (and virtually any other lamination system) into a fully automated lamination and trimming station. The TR-1200 utilizes the side slitters within the PL-1200HP, trimming the leading and trailing edges of the sheet with an accuracy within 0.005 inches. The margin can be adjusted to cut completely flush, leave a border or negative cut into the sheet itself, and with trimming speeds of up to 40 feet per minute, mid to high volume laminating projects are made incredibly easy. The cutter learns the speed of your laminator and runs in time to minimize web slack while also featuring an off-line trimming function that feeds already laminated webs from a separate laminator. Included in the purchase of a new TR-1200 Automatic Laminate Trimmer is a One Year Manufacturer Warranty which covers the cost of all labor and parts required to fix the machine if it needs service. The customer, however, is required to pay freight expenses to ship their machine to and from Saddle Point Systems while local customers desiring on-site service are charged $45/hour for travel time.

San Francisco Bay Areacustomers can purchase our annual Saddle Point Systems Performance Guarantee for their TR-1200 'Autocutter' for just $400. Our performance guarantee is a service agreement which not only covers all parts and labor but includes prompt on-site repair of your TR-1200 'Autocutter'. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge.

After purchasing the Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Pro-Lam TR-1200 'Autocutter' Service Agreement PDF (within one business day) for you to fill out. Then, either fax us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your TR-1200 and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
