These hand coil crimpers, also known as coil crimping pliers, cut and crimp the coil once it's been inserted into your document to prevent the coil from spinning out of the book.

The Akiles Roll-@-Coil electric inserter helps the user seamlessly insert coil with its foot pedal operated roller. With its nifty built-in tools, one can verify the diameter of the coil to use for their document and utilize the alignment channel to assist in conforming the spine of larger documents to the coil's shape for faster insertion. The Roll-@-Coil is a great machine for low to mid-volume coil binding which reduces time and costs of coil insertion and is designed to work as a stand alone unit, or as a mounted module to one of our modular punch machines.

The Akiles Finish-@-Coil M is full of innovative features, including a spiral coil diameter selector, crimping plier storage department, electric foot pedal operation of the roller, an adjustable roller mechanism for easier insertion of larger diameter coil and a U-shaped alignment channel which conforms the spine of wider documents to the coil's shape for quicker insertion. The Finish-@-Coil M is the perfect mid-volume coil binding machine, and can be used as a standalone unite or mounted to one of our modular punch machines.

The Akiles Finish-@-Coil E1 is a high-tech upgrade from the Roll-@-Coil, designed specifically for high volume coil binding. Featuring both an electric coil inserter as well as an electric crimper, you're provided consistent and perfect crimps on all coil sizes up to 50mm with the press of a foot pedal. The Finish-@-Coil E1 also features an automatic mode selection sensor which switches the foot pedal function between "Insert" and "Crimp" to save time. Can be used as a stand alone unit, or as a mounted module to one of our modular punch machines.

The CoilMac-ECI Plus is a manual coil punch and electric inserter manufactured by Akiles that we recommend for any low to medium volume coil binding operation. The special 4 x 5mm oval holes in the CoilMac-ECI+ punch die make insertion much faster as compared to standard round holes. Featuring fully disengageable pins for clean and professional punching of virtually any size paper, with a punch rating of 20 sheets of 20lb. paper.

The CoilMac-EPI Plus is an electric coil punch and inserter manufactured by Akiles that we recommend for any medium volume coil binding operation. The special 4 x 5mm oval holes in the CoilMac-EPI+ punch die make insertion much faster as compared to standard round holes. Featuring fully disengageable pins for clean and professional punching of virtually any size paper, with a punch rating of 25 sheets of 20lb. paper. Also includes electric reverse function and heavy duty electric coil inserter with double roller mechanism.

The Pro Series 3250CL by Rhin-O-Tuff is an ideal all-in-one electric coil binding system, able to punch up to 25 sheets of 20lb. in one cycle for maxium coil binding efficiency. The vertical feed throat opening reduces the likelihood of punching mistakes while the exclusive convenience tray features a document sizer, coil sizer and organizing drawer for coil crimpers and spare coil.
