The SilverStrike Prime Photo Book binding machine, manufactured by Saddle Point Systems, is our unique heavy duty electric stapler with guide table capable of effortlessly stitching up to 0.30 inches (or approximately 80 sheets) of 20# paper in 11 seconds flat. This is twice the page capacity of the majority of "heavy duty" electric staplers. Additionally, each staple is folded flat against the back of the book block to create a "flat clinch" that allows for a consistent, professional looking bind and eliminating protruding staples. The SilverStrike's adjustable backstops allow you to position staples extremely close to the edge of the book block, enabling the book to open flat with a smooth seam that is both elegant and professional. Included in the purchase of a new SilverStrike Prime photo book binding machine is a One Year Manufacturer Warranty which covers the cost of all labor and parts required to fix the machine if it needs service. The customer, however, is required to pay freight expenses to ship their machine to and from Saddle Point Systems while local customers desiring on-site service are charged $45/hour for travel time.

Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can purchase our annual Saddle Point Systems Performance Guarantee for their SilverStrike Prime heavy duty stapler for just $80. Our performance guarantee is a service agreement which not only covers all parts and labor but includes prompt on-site repair of your SilverStrike Prime. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge. If we can't fix your SilverStrike Prime on site, we'll leave you a loaner to keep you up and running while we're repairing your machine.

After purchasing the Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our SilverStrike Prime Service Agreement PDF (within one business day) for you to fill out. Then, either fax us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your SilverStrike Prime and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
