When local customers purchase a new Rhin-O-Tuff Pro Series 3250CL all-in-one coil binding machine from us, we include our Saddle Point Systems One Year Local Warranty at no additional charge as described above in addition to the 3 year manufacturer's warranty (with a 1 year warranty for the die). Customers located outside of the Bay Area, however, are required to pay freight expenses to ship their machine to and from Saddle Point Systems while local customers desiring on-site service are charged $45/hour for travel time.

Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can increase their service coverage to 3 years by purchasing our 2-Year Extended Saddle Point Systems Performance Guarantee for their Pro Series 3250CL for just $340. In other words, you're paying for a two year service agreement and getting three years of complete coverage. Like our SPS Local Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time, on-site repair and, if requested, an annual preventative maintenance check to ensure your Pro Series 3250CL is running optimally. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge.
