The customer, however, is required to pay freight expenses to ship their machine to and from Saddle Point Systems while local customers desiring on-site service are charged $45/hour for travel time.

Our performance guarantee is a service agreement which not only covers all parts (excluding blades and cutting sticks) and labor but includes prompt on-site repair of your MBM Triumph 4215. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge. If we can't fix your MBM Triumph 4215 on site, we'll leave you a loaner to keep you up and running while we're repairing your machine.

After purchasing the Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our MBM Triumph 4215 Service Agreement PDF (within one business day) for you to fill out. Then, either fax us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force.
