Included in the purchase of a new MBM 93M Tabletop Folder is a One Year Manufacturer Warranty which covers the cost of all labor and parts required to fix the machine if it needs service. The customer, however, is required to pay freight expenses to ship their machine to and from Saddle Point Systems while local customers desiring on-site service are charged $45/hour for travel time.

San Francisco Bay Area customers can purchase our annual Saddle Point Systems Performance Guarantee for their 93M Tabletop Folder for just $60. Our performance guarantee is a service agreement which includes installation and training to give you helpful tips and tricks that will ensure the longevity of your machine, covers all parts and labor and includes prompt on-site repair of your 93M Tabletop Folder.
