Included in the purchase of a new MBM 307A automatic programmable tabletop folder is a One Year Manufacturer Warranty which covers the cost of all labor and parts required to fix the machine if it needs service. The customer, however, is required to pay freight expenses to ship their machine to and from Saddle Point Systems while local customers desiring on-site service are charged $45/hour for travel time.

Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can purchase our annual Saddle Point Systems Performance Guarantee for their 307A Automatic Folder for just $400. Our performance guarantee is a service agreement which includes installation and training to give you helpful tips and tricks that will ensure the longevity of your machine, covers all parts and labor and includes prompt on-site repair of your 307A Automatic Folder. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge. If we can't fix your 307A Automatic Folder on site, we'll leave you a loaner to keep you up and running while we're repairing your machine.
