The 6304 series automatically feeds, folds and inserts sheets into business reply envelopes and cards (features seal and non-seal capabilities) with fold types that include C, V, Z, double parallel and no fold. The unique AutoSet feature allows for one-touch setup of new jobs by automatically measuring paper lengths, envelope sizes and fold lengths, while recurring jobs run in AutoSet can be stored in one of up to 25 programmable fold applications for supreme efficiency. The clamshell design of the FD 6304 Standard-3 is engineered for an easy access paper path, and able to handle a variety of documents up to 14" long, including checks, invoices, newsletters and reply envelopes. The 6304 Series processes at a rate of up to 3,600 pieces per hour (40,000 pieces per month) and can handle 325 sheets in each feeder, with an enhanced folding system capable of folding and inserting up to 10 pages in half-fold and up to 8 pages in tri-fold. The FD 6304 is very user friendly, with built-in double document detection that prevents unwanted insertion errors with a fully color touchscreen control panel for easy use setup. Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can extend their service coverage to two years by purchasing our 2nd Year Saddle Point Systems Extended Performance Guarantee for their Formax 6304 Series for just $1,700. In other words, you're paying for a one year service agreement and getting two years of complete coverage. Like our 1 Year SPS Warranty, our performance guarantee covers the cost of all parts, labor, travel time and on-site repair. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge.

After purchasing the Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Formax FD 6304 Standard-3 Automatic Folder Inserter Service Agreement PDF (within one business day) for you to fill out. Then, either fax us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your FD 6304 Standard-3 and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
