Akiles Roll-@-Coil Electric Coil Inserter

Included in the purchase of a new Akiles Roll-@-Coil electric inserter and crimper is a One Year Manufacturer Warranty which covers the cost of all labor and parts required to fix the machine if it needs service. The customer, however, is required to pay freight expenses to ship their machine to and from Saddle Point Systems while local customers desiring on-site service are charged $45/hour for travel time.

Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can purchase our annual Saddle Point Systems Performance Guarantee for their Roll-@-Coil for just $45. Our performance guarantee is a service agreement which not only covers all parts and labor but includes prompt on-site repair of your Roll-@-Coil. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge. If we can't fix your Roll-@-Coil on site, we'll leave you a loaner to keep you up and running while we're repairing your machine.

After purchasing the Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Roll-@-Coil Service Agreement PDF (within one business day) for you to fill out. Then, either fax us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your Roll-@-Coil and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
