One Year Performance Guarantee

Included in the purchase of a new Akiles CoilMac-EPI Plus manual punch and electric inserter is a One Year Manufacturer Warranty which covers the cost of all labor and parts required to fix the machine if it needs service. The customer, however, is required to pay freight expenses to ship their machine to and from Saddle Point Systems while local customers desiring on-site service are charged $45/hour for travel time.

Our San Francisco Bay Area customers can purchase our annual Saddle Point Systems Performance Guarantee for their CoilMac-EPI Plus for just $170. Our performance guarantee is a service agreement which includes installation and training to give you helpful tips and tricks that will ensure the longevity of your machine, covers all parts and labor and includes prompt on-site repair of your CoilMac-EPI Plus. Simply give us a call and one of our technicians will come to your company, usually by the next business day, and service your machine at no additional charge. If we can't fix your CoilMac-EPI Plus on site, we'll leave you a comparable loaner to keep you up and running while we're repairing your machine.

After purchasing the Performance Guarantee, we'll e-mail you our Akiles CoilMac-EPI Plus Service Agreement PDF (within one business day) for you to fill out. Then, either fax us a signed copy or mail us a signed hard copy to put the agreement in force. Annual service agreements must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date of your CoilMac-EPI Plus and are not valid unless signed and on file with us.
