Jim Kelly Founder, Sales Jim, our fearless leader, is the founder and owner of Saddle Point Systems. With 25+ years of document binding expertise, he's a veritable encyclopedia of book binding knowledge with a penchant for direct, honest business.	Melanie Berdofe Sales Director Melanie is the co-owner and mother hen of Saddle Point Systems. Nothing leaves this office without her shrewd eyes checking it, providing quality control in how we serve our customers from supply orders to machine sales.
Sandra Mello Customer Service Sandra, better known as "Quick Draw" around the office, is unreasonably good at her job, often knowing what supplies you're ordering before you do. Fun fact: Sandra once broke the sound barrier while shipping out an order.	Laurence Curtis Tech Support Laurence the "Binding Machine Whisperer" has been fixing document binding equipment for nearly two decades. With his uncanny ability to detect and remedy mechanical problems, our customers are usually up and running the same day he visits.
Cindy Stevens Customer Service Cindy "Texas Ranger" Stevens juggles between renewing service contracts, updating billing spreadsheets and analyzing inventory data to bring order to the bureaucratic underbelly of Saddle Point Systems.	Bryan Cook Sales, Tech Support Bryan "Powerlifter" Cook is the undisputed brawn of Saddle Point Systems, master of hoisting heavy equipment in awkward angles. Having transitioned from tech support to sales, Bryan literally knows the machines he sells inside and out.
Aaron Phipps Utility Player Aaron "The Ambler" Phipps is the odd-job guru, tinkering in just about everything around the office, including website construction & maintenance, order processing and light bulb replacement.
